Submitting a story is easy. Go to the Contact Page and there you will find all the contact points you need.

Please write in Verdana font, 12pt and with NO spaces between paragraphs.

At the head of the story write a catchline. (This is a small title of no more than two words = karateWin. If you also submit a picture you should also title this KarateWin...that way we can match up the picture to the story!)

We are looking for high grade instructors in different arts to contribute by writing a blog for us.

Blogs are quite simple to write as they are your thoughts on a subject.

They are also short - usually less than 300 words. Also - you write them when you feel like it, there are no deadlines! Please write in Verdana font, 12pt and with NO spaces between paragraphs.
